I arrived at Bilbao Airport around 12 o'clock and checked in late, but the staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. The bed was spacious and the bathroom was clean, and although I don't speak Spanish, the staff were very friendly and there was no difficulty at all!

Excellent attention and service.
They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
At the reception they gave us very good advice on what to do in the city, means of transport and recommendations in general.
The location is unbeatable
