The hotel management is terrible, I don't recommend staying here. There was blood on the quilt. The hand sanitizer bottle in the toilet was filled with body lotion. After I gave it to the front desk, no one came to replace the hand sanitizer. I went to the front desk again to ask for hand sanitizer and waited for half an hour. Bad hotel, did not get the room that was advertised. It was half the size. I know this because we knew someone who had the same room style booked and their room was bigger.
Trip.com weren’t aware of this. Didn’t know they had the wrong photos up for the room. We basically stayed in a room the size of the bed with no room to move around..
Put in a complaint only got $100 back. Via trip.com
This will be the main reason I never book through trip.com again
