Rooms very good and clean. Food was extremely expensive. Staff was polite. Though the pics showed a pool, there was no pool or gym. Considering that the price should have been lesser

Their is no mobile network in hotel. Breakfast quality is also poor. Menu of breakfast is very limited. Wi-fi not working properly. Check in time is too long 30 minutes.

Estuvimos en este hotel en nuestro paso por Bikaner y por como es la ciudad fue excelente. El hotel se ve muy bien conservado de hecho estaban haciendo mejoras y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y ordenadas. La habitación era bastante amplia, la cama grande y cómoda, un sofá, butaca, escritorio y nevera así como TV. Todo estaba limpio y bien conservado y con una bonita decoración. El baño muy bien también, la ducha amplia, y tenía un apartado de tocador muy útil para que alguien pueda estar en el baño y otro arreglándose. Tenía champú, acondicionador, gel de ducha, cepillo de dientes, peine y demás por cortesía. También había albornoces y pantuflas desechables. La habitación fue muy confortable, con aire acondicionado y ventilador para potenciarlo. También cenamos y desayunamos aquí, el restaurante era muy bueno, bonita decoración, limpio, AC, la comida estaba muy rica y era de buena calidad y además la atención y servicio fueron muy buenos. Es verdad que al personal le faltaba un poco experiencia con turistas extranjeros pero fueron muy profesionales y nos ayudaron en lo que hizo falta. Muy recomendable este hotel, además está cerca del fuerte (7-8 min en tuk tuk).

We visited this hotel in December 2022 during our road trip from Jaipur to Jaisalmer. We stayed here for 1 night. It was a palace turned into hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff were very helpful. We did not take the food service during our stay. During the morning time the sprawling lawn looks very nice.
