A stunning oasis in the heart of Bikaneer. Beautifully furnished rooms and common areas. Exceptional service from the staff. Restaurants provide delicious food and drinks. Breakfast especially good.

The hotel is nice, and the restaurant serves good food. The rooms were well-decorated, but cleanliness could have been better, and some amenities were missing.

The food at the restaurant was truly exceptional — every dish was flavorful, well-presented, and made with obvious attention to quality and detail. From starters to dessert, everything we tried was delicious. A definite highlight was the Jamun cocktail — one of the best I’ve had anywhere, perfectly balanced and refreshingly unique. The service was top-notch throughout. The staff were attentive, polite, and genuinely warm, creating a welcoming and comfortable dining environment. Special thanks to Mahesh, the restaurant manager, who ensured every guest felt taken care of — his leadership clearly reflects in how smoothly everything runs. His team was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Also, shoutout to Rakesh from the Front Office for his excellent hospitality and support during our visit. He made the overall experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service. Will definitely be coming back.

Initially the service was great. The restaurant and reception staff were helpful. The f&b options worth exploring. But what they forget to tell you is that they book the hotel for super loud wedding parties. It’s 1:25 am while I am writing this review and you can hear the music and bass in the room. I have complained multiple times. I would skip this hotel at all costs if you require any sleep.

Our experience here was outstanding. The food and beverages were excellent, but what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality. Mahesh, the restaurant manager, made sure we felt truly cared for, even during peak hours. My husband and I were able to enjoy our meal peacefully, thanks to his thoughtful gesture and attention to our comfort. It was something we didn’t experience anywhere else during our trip. Every staff member was courteous and professional — even though I don’t remember all their names, they were all superb. Food and drinks are served everywhere, but genuine care like this is rare to find. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
