Bell'hotel in grandissima struttura ben articolata e con accurata manutenzione in ogni ambito. Stanza e bagno molto grandi. Per il riscaldamento una semplice stufetta elettrica poco efficiente. Poca scelta al buffet. Buono il servizio. Reception molto disponibile . Wi- fi non efficientissimo.

We were in room 102 adjacent to the inner courtyard. It was very noisy - people sitting talking loudly outside our room until after midnight. Eventually we phoned reception who moved them on. Our sleep was much disturbed. Overall this is a fine property - full marks to the staff member who showed us around and explained its history.

Avoid at all costs! How on earth can this place be a 5 star hotel? The building itself is of course really beautiful BUT ONLY from outside! The check in counter looks like a bus ticket counter and the check in staff is the rudest I have ever seen. The rooms are horrible, very basically decorated and lack basic comfort. The restaurant looks like a canteen. This is DEFINITELY NOT a 5 star hotel! 3 at the very best…

Paleis van de voormalige Maharadja van Bikaner. Wij hadden kamer 206 ter grootte van een balzaal. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten, goed geprijsd en een schitterend gebouw. Toen we na een bezichtiging van het fort terugkwamen naar het hotel kregen we een upgrade van de kamer omdat vlakbij onze kamer ‘‘s avonds een feest was. Dat is service 😀👍

Non do il punteggio massimo perché, benché il palazzo sia una ex residenza della famiglia reale del marajah e quindi davvero meravigliosa, purtroppo la camera assegnataci, in un'ala distaccata, era davvero di livello molto basso. Camera grande ma poco accogliente, poca pulizia e bagno davvero al limite. Colazione e cena con buffet ottimo e abbondante....troppo piccante, ma questo è un classico almeno in Rajastan. Comunque nel complesso bello.

This is NOT a four-star hotel. They gave me an interior room on the first floor with no view so it felt like a room in a convent. When asked to upgrade no other rooms with WiFi were available. There are stains in the toilet, shower, and on the mirrors. After showering the water leaked from the shower onto the tile outside the shower despite a wall of glass. The table lamps were not working and management fixed it immediately. As for the hot water, it was scalding then quickly went cold. You can hear other guests in their rooms and the noise from courtyard. If you’re a western tourist, the bed is rock hard and you’re only given two pillows. The room service was prompt.

Très bel hôtel dans un véritable palace, havre de paix à proximité de la ville, très belle chambre, spacieuse, piscine agréable, personnel avenant, buffet petit dej et souper très correct, musicien dans la cour le soir, tout était très propre !

Hotel Heritage, situato in un enorme castello in parte abitato dalla famiglia del Marajia. Camera suite sontuosa con camino, situata vicino alla piscina coperta, pulita, ma un tantino fredda nonostante i 30 C° ambientali. Cena di gala per la festivita’ del Diwali, all’aperto, con buffet ricco, allietato dalla presenza della principessa (che peraltro possiede altri 80 Hotel). Ottima pasta ben cotta, ma condita con latte come si usa in India. Da menzione gli spinaci con burro ghi e spezie, il pollo alla manciuriana. Splendida atmosfera per la festivita’ del Diwali con fuochi d’artificio, petardi etc da fare invidia a Fuorigrotta
