Rooms are average. Poor room service. Restaurant menu are available but items are not available when asked to serve. Cook used to say but from outside. Room cleaning available when asked only

While not perfect, Hotel Nilay Residency offered good value for the price. I would recommend it to those seeking a reliable, mid-range hotel option.

1. Hotel nilay residency is a bit over priced. Room sizes are way smaller than represented in inages. 2. They always keep their centralised hot water system switched off. Needed to call them every-time i had to use. 3. Room had mosquitoes but no system of mosquito repellant. They said we do-not have when asked multiple times. 4. Services were sluggish. 5. Internal food price is high. Even the sealed water price they are providing is at a rate higher by 30%

Terrible experience. Wash room in filthy condition. Taps are leaking, difficult for old women to use. No instant hot water available. The front desk advised me to run a hot water tap for 20 minutes, still hot water was not available. Lastly the housekeeper brought water in the bucket, we were late by an hour for next assignment. Lenin and towels in a pathetic state. Not up to standard as well had been charged very high. Above that hotel is very far from the central city/airport. Food not up to standard as advertised as multy cuisine.

location is good. room size is ok but hygiene issue. complimentary breakfast is very bad taste with very limited options. omelettes , black tea not provided after several requests. room & washroom cleaning issue is there not properly maintained.

Room service was very bad, they were not picking up the phone, the room was stinking, they were not even able to provide plates and spoons. This is the last time I am booking this hotel.
