Services are very bad. Behaviour of desk manager is very bad. Cleaning is very bad. Housekeeping is not coming for cleaning

Only two of the three people i had reserved a seat for were present. They informed me there will be additional fees when i requested a mattress. And awful! the room's state did not resemble the picture at all. I won't advise anyone to make reservations at this hotel. Additionally, there is the extremely expensive room rent.

The property did not have basic facilith like foot mat and the television d2h connection was not recharged. I was surprised to ask for a bathroom wiper and they handed me a sole wiper used in the entire property. This property shoild not be value stay.
