Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf

Stayed for two nights, let me start off with compliments to Ms.Jada and Ms. Janie for being the most attentive employees along with all the others with our stay & Raj. Thank you. This hotel is pretty full with guest, each time we've stayed here, that is good for our economy. We stay here for the car show- this is the host hotel for the show. Not to many cars nor people this year, economy? Too hot? Both? Hope the show comes back. No people no business for vendors and event. The main restaurant has very ggod food , try the Salmon, yummy! The walk in front of the river is a must. They no longer have the Ice cream store front, very disappointed about this, best ice cream I've ever had. Went into town and you should too, lots of outdoor bands everywhere. Then again it was an annual vendors market- during a very very hot summer day, vendors probably were miserable in the 💯 degree heat. Beds are comfy, large bathrooms and free indoor parking & outdoors. Indoor pool packed with family's/kids. A great getaway weekend. Thank you Jada!

The parking garage was dirty. People throwing trash out of their cars. Otherwise a very nice facility

Ok stay The hotel staff were overwhelmed by a busy weekend, and I had to call multiple times to reach the front desk. Frustratingly, the wifi was not working for our room and the staff told me that no tech support people were available during the weekend. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the advertised amenities.

Room was clean and updated.

The rooms were a little run down (some upgrades) but still felt clean. The parking garage on the other hand was filthy. Cups- cigarette butts- zero directional signs.

They pushed unauthorized charges on my credit card.
