We verbleven 4 nachten bij Abdul chalet met het hele gezin. Ons verblijf was aangenaam, de kamers zijn eenvoudig maar netjes en de airco functioneert goed. Kort na ons verblijf volgde de grote teleurstelling. Mijn vrouw was vergeten om 1 schuif van de kleerkast leeg te maken. In de schuif lag al haar lingerie. Bij aankomst op onze volgende accomodatie (enkele uren na het uitchecken bij Abdul Chalet) merkte mijn vrouw dit op waarna ze onmiddellijk Abdul Chalet contacteerde met de vraag of de poetsdienst de lingerie had gevonden in de schuif. Tot onze grote teleurstelling liet de eigenaar weten dat zij niets gevonden hadden. Erg jammer en niet correct. Eerlijk duurt nochtans het langste.

From the jetty, to the stay, the food, the service, the facilities, the room, the visitors, the views, the serenity, the staffs, the snorkeling trip, and back to the jetty at the end of the trip, everything was amazing! Our only drawback is the mattress that gave us some serious backache every morning we wake up. Hope the chalet could upgrade the mattress to a new one that doesn't hurt the back anymore. We really love this place and looking forward to come again.

Uno dei migliori resort delle Perenthian come rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere ordinate e pulite praticamente sulla spiaggia. Location ottima. Il ristorante dell hotel è ottimo ed ha ampia scelta. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerei.

Bella struttura, pulita e ben tenuta sulla spiaggia del molo principale di Besar. Siamo state accolte in reception con grandi sorrisi e ampia disponibilità mentre cercavamo una sistemazione alternativa ad una prenotazione disastrosa nello pseudo resort accanto, fortunatamente avevano una camera disponibile, ce l’hanno mostrata e ci hanno fatto accedere subito scusandosi perché la stanza, l’ultima rimasta, si trovava accanto al generatore un po’ rumoroso ( in realtà rumore decisamente trascurabile). Camera ampia, dotata di termos, bicchieri, asciugamani, teli mare e soprattutto acqua calda, non scontata nell’isola. Pulita e accogliente. Colazione a buffet inclusa con molta scelta e refill di acqua fredda e calda disponibile nel ristorante 24/7. Siamo state davvero molto bene! Grazie per la bella accoglienza

Tuna Bay Resort holds a special place in our hearts. My husband was diagnosed with dengue fever just before leaving for the resort. He was quite ill. All the staff (from office, reception, restaurant and watertaxi) went above and beyond to help us and still let us enjoy the beauty of Perhentian Besar. The resort's surroundings are beautiful! White sand with palm trees, clear water teeming with colorful fish (snorkeling right from the beach!) and jungle just behind the wooden chalets. We stayed in a family chalet on the beach, with a spectacular seaview. The chalets are clean and equipped with all the basic necessities: comfortable beds, good air conditioning (plus a separate fan), storage space, a refrigerator, a nice bathroom and plenty of space. You can request for daily cleaning and clean towels (including beach towels) were always available. Laundry service was also available. We enjoyed a generous breakfast buffet every day (included in the room rate). The selection for á la carte lunch and dinner is also extensive and excellent. We're big fans of the sizzling beef, satay with naan and the various fruit lassis! And for Western food lovers: the pizzas, sandwiches and fries are also excellent. Oh, and there's a free-of-charge mineral water tap available 24/7. Unfortunately, we weren't able to do everything we had planned, so we hope to return someday!

Il Tuna bay ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative: - si mangia benissimo, cibo per ogni gusto, sia asiatico (che io e mio marito amiamo) sia internazionale (apprezzato dai nostri bimbi di 8,7 e 2 anni) - La struttura e’ ordinata, pulita e curata, e questo non è scontato! Altre strutture più famose dell’isola hanno un’aria decisamente più decadente! - Noi avevamo la camera vista collina, e i bambini impazzivano ad avvistare scoiattoli, scimmie, varani, lemuri volanti… tutta la fauna terrestre offerta dall’isola di Besar era a portata di finestra! - Bellissimo il coral garden di fronte all’albergo per fare snorkeling! Anche la spiaggia è molto bella. Unico “peccato” è che sulla sinistra tra il Tuna e Abdul chalet abbiamo costruito un pontile di cemento che rovina un po’ la visuale… però i lati positivi della struttura sono troppi e si può assolutamente soprassedere - Prendendo la spiaggia sulla sinistra, con una splendida passeggiata sulla spiaggia e passerelle di 10 minuti si arriva in una baia magica e incontaminata. Consiglio assolutamente di visitarla! - Di fronte al Tuna c’è un po’ di traffico di barche, taxi boat che vanno e vengono, ma avendo poi visitato la spiaggia del pir e la long beach di Kecil il traffico risulta relativo. Nel complesso per chi visita le Perhentian consiglio il Tuna al 100%

Un resort perfetto per noi! Puntuali, previsioni, buona cucina, escursioni eccezionali, staff di alto livello. Appartamento basic ma davvero comodo. Da consigliare a chiunque voglia godersi le Perenthian.

Hôtel très vieillissant. Le chalet de luxe beach front avec un mobilier vieillot, lit et oreillers inconfortables, les des draps sont tachés et jaunis. La salle de bain avec une douche cafardeuse et un petit évier émaillé sans aucune étagère pour poser vos affaires. Les transats sont pris d’assaut par les clients qui les bloquent tôt le matin et ne les utilisent presque pas. Le petit déjeuner et repas sont passables mais sans plus! Un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Wir waren 3 Tage im Resort. Viele Bewertungen entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität. Zum Beispiel sind genügend Liegen am Strand auch mit bequemen Auflagen verfügbar. Im Büro auf dem Festland wo man sich vor Abfahrt mit dem Boot trifft, haben wir Lynn kennengelernt. Ich habe sie um einen Gefallen gebeten was nicht einfach zu bewerkstelligen war und sie hat ihre gesamte Energie rein gesteckt um mir zu helfen. Ich wurde bei der Rückkehr auf das Festland am Boot von ihrer Kollegin abgeholt und Lynn hat alles für mich in meiner 3 tägigen Inselzeit geklärt und mir somit riesig geholfen. Es gibt nicht viele Menschen wie Lynn, deswegen war es mir wichtig das hier für sie einmal mit zu teilen. Falls du das liest Lynn… vielen lieben Dank nochmal.
