Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient. Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away.

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

This hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby.

I've stayed in 10 days so you can see I've got nothing to complain, it's close the bus stop - 10 minutues from city centre and the Bus 10 goes every 5 minutes, walking distanting to Rose Garden, great view from rooftop. Good breakfast and clean. Young and energtic staff who are also very friendly

Perfect! Modern design concept, automated facilities, large rooms, soundproofed, clean and tidy, complete kitchen utensils, is the best one in all the Apartments.

The front desk staff were all friendly and left a good impression. At first glance, it looked more like an ordinary private home than a hotel, but considering the location it was relatively easy to find and I didn't have to wander around looking for it. The rooms were clean and safety was well ensured. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the shower and toilet were shared. I happened to be in a room next to them so it wasn't too inconvenient. Looking out the window with a small balcony gave me a sense of calm. Three-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. (I can't remember) Service attitude is very good.

The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern.

Amazing hotel in the centre, everything close by foot :) I would prefer to have access to my city bus pass from the morning of the day of my arrival and not after check in, but I guess this is standard.

This is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.
