The employee spoke poor German and was barely able to explain to us how to open the entrance gate.
Furthermore, the PIN at the entrance didn't work. This also happened to a guest who arrived shortly after us. Luckily we were able to open the door for her.
Hotel only recommended to non-Swiss people to a limited extent.

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

Swiss hotels are expensive, and the attitude of the front desk staff is so-so, and the hygiene is clean. I didn’t eat breakfast. The location is relatively close to the station, so I feel that everything is quite satisfactory

I booked this hotel because they state they have available parking. They don't!!! "Available parking" is a street parking which one must search in streets around the hotel.
After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel.
I wanted to cancel the hotel, but they did not accept cancelation.
This is completely unacceptable, and I will make a complaint about it on *******!
