Even though I had paid the hotel fee and tourist tax in advance, I was still charged. I didn't have to pay the hotel fee, but I did pay the tourist tax. A few minutes later, the front desk contacted me and said that I had paid the hotel tax in advance, so I was refunded.

Considering that it's in Switzerland and in front of the station, this is a cheap hotel with great value for money. The room was clean and the bathroom was easy to use.
Nothing was broken or inconvenient.

The hotel staff are friendly and always smile, the room is neat and clean, the trash can in the room is large and very convenient, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is only 6 minutes away from the train station.
