Our yearly spa audit will be taking place from July 4 to 8 2022. This means that our wet area will be closed during this time. Our gym is closed on Wednesday July 6 2022 and massages will not be available from July 4 to 6 2022. All facilities are open from July 8 2022. Our Hammam will be closed until and including July 17 2022.
Opening hours for our restaurant can differ and may have some closing dates. Please check our website or ask at the hotel directly.
In our Spa area 15 guests are allowed at the same time we offer time slots which can be reserved from Friday to Sunday in advance. In our fitness room 2 people are allowed at the same time. Our wet area and the sauna are open from 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room
as stated that they will provide "2 king beds" in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

The room is big, the facilities are new, and it is close to the train station. Overall it is not bad, but the quilt is too thick, I almost got too hot. The price of breakfast is really 0 compared to the actual breakfast provided.

A cozy and comfortable hotel, just a short walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from the clock tower. All staff were very polite. The room was a bit small, the bathroom was quite large. The breakfast was a bit simple.

Hotel in the center in front of the train station, all the employees were very nice, for those who care, there is no air conditioner in the room, I booked an expensive room, there are probably rooms that need to be checked before. The hotel is clean.

Spacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

When I checked in, the male receptionist said that I had booked the hotel for one person and that I had to pay an additional fifty yuan. I had clearly booked for one person, one adult and one child. I spent a long time looking through the order to show him, which wasted a lot of time. I was already very tired from the bumpy journey. It was not a good experience!
