Perfect location for visiting Berlin. Just couple minutes away from Berlin Station, within an hour from Berlin Airport.
The food from Food Factory across the street from the hotel and restaurants at Berlin Station must take care of your needs.
Famous location are also within walking distance or within 15 minutes by public transport.
It's quite new, the lobby is nice, and the location is good. After walking around the zoo, you can eat and take a walk and then go back to the hotel.
The bathroom is huge, and the bathtub and shower are separated. They even put the snacks that the previous guests had opened in the snack cabinet, so they probably didn't notice it.
Nice location, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice and clean amenities. We liked it very much and definitely will recommend this hotel for tourism and business staying.

The Telegraph Office was renovated
I have stayed in many renovated hotels, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The color scheme (lights, soft furnishings) in the public areas perfectly solved the cold and alienated feeling of the old industry, giving people a soft mood
The details of the guest rooms are so 6️⃣, and the service is also thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk 🇩🇪 speaks Mandarin quite well. When asked if he had stayed in Shenzhen, he also had a Chinese name ”Haijin”😬
This is definitely a fairy hotel. Go straight to Museum Island (& Merkel's home is here), and to the south is the Humboldt University district, which has produced 57 Nobel Prize winners and many great people and celebrities
At night, walk around the ”school district house”. The Hack Courtyard is an enclosed ”creative park” with multiple openings. After entering one of the narrow corridors, it suddenly becomes a unique gathering point for subculture groups, where young people of all kinds gather (8️⃣-9️⃣).
The weekend is very lively, the weather is pleasant, and there are many people in the bars along the street. Maybe the next Nobel Prize winner is drinking beer and chatting 😌
It is worth mentioning that there is Sangu Maocai nearby! Come and have a meal of Maocai for 200 RMB hahahaha

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for our family tour with two kids. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to The Brandenburg. The rooms were cosy and clean. Just that you better check the bottles in the bathroom as the show gel one was empty in one of our rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Overall we had a wonderful stay at The Westin!

The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. I will come again.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is fantastic and has good vegetarian options, with very attentive staff. The bar is not cheap, however the quality is excellent. The reception is visually impactful, and the staff are brilliant. The gym is currently being repaired which is a shame, however they have made alternative arrangements available for guests that are desperate. Unfortunately this is one of the few areas of Berlin that does not have easy access to delightful late night takeaway food, however it is perfect for tourist sites.
My recent stay at SO/Berlin Das Stue was nothing short of exceptional, as this luxurious boutique hotel truly surpassed my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and personalized service. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff members demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Their knowledge of the local area, including restaurant recommendations and transportation tips, was invaluable in helping me make the most of my time in Berlin.
Culinary delights await guests at SO/Berlin Das Stue. The hotel's restaurant, Cinco by Paco Pérez, offers an exquisite dining experience, combining Mediterranean and Catalan flavors in innovative ways. The dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors, showcase the culinary expertise of the renowned chef. The hotel's bar, The Stue Bar, is a stylish spot to unwind with a carefully crafted cocktail or a glass of fine wine, accompanied by live music that adds to the vibrant ambiance.

In conclusion, SO/Berlin Das Stue is a haven of luxury, art, and personalized service in the heart of Berlin. From the stylish and comfortable rooms to the exceptional dining experiences and rejuvenating wellness facilities, every aspect of this hotel exudes a sense of refinement and elegance. If you are seeking a unique and memorable stay in Berlin, I highly recommend experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of SO/Berlin Das Stue.
Everything was to my complete satisfaction, except for one small detail. If you want to take a bath, it's almost impossible because the bathtub doesn't close.

HHal*This stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin was very disappointing and far from the standard that a five-star hotel should have.
First of all, although the hotel states on the official website that it is ”pet-friendly”, I also confirmed by email before booking that cats can be brought in, and I have seen other guests bring cats, but after our cat accidentally pooped on the bed, the female employee who came to deal with it was very indifferent and even said directly that ”cats are not allowed in the hotel.” This is completely inconsistent with the confirmation information we received before. Her tone and attitude made me feel accused and disrespectful. The male employee who came to clean later also showed strong impatience and disgust, and the whole process made us very uncomfortable. As a customer, we have tried our best to deal with the problem and proactively informed, but we got such a response, which is really unacceptable.
Secondly, there were serious problems in the service many times:
• We ordered food through the online system at night, and the system showed that the order was successful, but in the end no one delivered it. We stayed up late waiting for the meal, but we could only go to bed hungry, and no one notified us in advance that the order was cancelled or wrong.
• Once we called to ask for towels, and they promised to ”bring them right away”, but we actually had to wait for nearly 20 minutes. Although this doesn't sound like a long time, we had to stay in the room because of this, which delayed the rest of our trip and was very inconvenient.
• On the first day of our stay, there was an Easter-themed chocolate dessert in the room, but we didn't finish it at the time because it contained cream and was not suitable for self-disposal. As a result, the dessert was never cleaned up until we checked out. The trash can in the room was open, and even if we tried to throw it in, it would be easily touched by the cat. As a result, the cat actually ate the cream that had been there for a few days, causing diarrhea. This not only made us very worried about the cat's health, but also showed that the cleaning work was not in place.
In addition, the overall room environment and service process were not as expected. The experience was more like an ordinary hotel without systematic management, rather than a top international brand. The only thing worth affirming was the doorman team, who were always enthusiastic and polite, and were a rare highlight in the entire stay.
We chose Ritz-Carlton because of our trust in its brand, but this experience completely broke our expectations, and I am afraid we will not consider staying in this hotel in the future.

JJessieJYEnjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay. The room was spacious. Fantastic location just steps from Potsdam Platz with excellent transport links. Staff were friendly and promptly delivered slippers and robes when requested (note: basic toiletries not provided).
Only issue: A large insect flew into our room on the final day, which was quite startling.
With slightly better pest control, this would be a perfect stay. Definitely recommend for the space and location!
MMosixiyanuo-shenganjiluoqiuruiThe service attitude is good, clean and hygienic. It seems that they helped to upgrade the room type for free. But I don't know why the water in the bathroom is green. I don't know if this is a common phenomenon in Germany. I told the front desk to change a room. The location is right at the subway station. It may take more than 20 minutes to walk to the general attractions.
