The reception is handled by friendly older ladies who are very busy for the good of the guests. In the room everything is there: beautifully draped towels on the bed, shower gel, liquid soap for the handwash in the bathroom.
The breakfast was better than I thought: fresh breads, cheese, S*****en, sauce, eggs, cakes, etc. Only the bag tea was a little old. But otherwise everything was OK, even table waste containers were available.
The hotel has been on the buckle for several years and the furniture is a little detached, the bed was crazy and the shower was not quite clean. I was stayed in the upper floor. There it smells something after cold cigarette smoke, although it is a non-smoking hotel. That was very unpleasant for the receptionists. Finding a public parking for the car was a nightmare so I accepted the offer for a parking place behind the hotel. It was well lifted there.

There is a big fish tank, I think it's a bit interesting. I stayed in Berlin for a day, and there was nothing wrong with it. I think I can live. There is a subway station nearby and I don't know if it's the train station.

The location was a great center. I was easy to reach everywhere. I found the hotel cold. The rooms were hot. Air conditioning in the room was insufficient. They didn't give backbones for the last day of the bourbon washing. I was generally happy with my trip.

Excellent location for a city break in Berlin - you are at the Alex in 5 minutes and in the evening you can relax and eat in one of the many restaurants at Hackescher Markt.
The staff was very friendly. Distance rules due to Corona were observed, but the cleanliness in the room disappointed me. The sign with everything that was supposedly disinfected, which was hung on the door every day, could have been saved.
Under the table were still chocolate sprinkles from the previous one. The hair dryer, which according to the sign was wiped daily, had a layer of dust on it. The dishes that I had washed were put back in the closet by the cleaning service every day, including things that I had not washed yet, which I then cleared out of the closet in the evenings. The sockets in the bathroom were so moldy that I didn't plug in any plugs. I found the previously described missing joints in the shower to be the slightest problem. The toilet seat and the trash can were also broken. The safe didn't work either.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located in the central district of Nicholas. There are various museums and restaurants within 15 minutes walk, and the station is within about 10 minutes. The hotel staff was also kind. Thank you.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel!
Its prime location near the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a modern yet cozy vibe, with stylish decor that immediately sets a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
It’s also walking distance to Berliner Dom and Berlin National museum.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond.

The traffic is very convenient, the train station is quarantined, the waiter is good, the city is suitable for backpackers business guests. The price does not need 1,000 Hong Kong dollars, it is a good travel choice.
