The hotel was great, clean nice big room. The reception guy gave me a free upgrade at the hotel facility is amazing. I would recommend this hotel but the location may not be the best but it’s still closed to some places.

Love the reception team- helpful, diligent, and friendly! The night shift outsourced staff is apparent not as great - he was rude, telling me that there is no room service almost yelling into the phone and asked me not so politely to come down and pick things up. Besides that, it was a great experience - the staff will help you find the most economic ways around town and even tip you off if a driver is overcharging you as a tourist!

The location is great for accessing the main areas of Mitte. The room had 2 single beds but unfortunately there was not much space in the room to be able to have much of a gap between the beds. The reception staff were very polite and the stay was otherwise good. I would stay again

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quiet, clean, and had every facility that we required. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to choose pillows that suited us.

GGuest UserStayed for two nights, the sheets were fine, the towels were not replaced, the breakfast was at the same price, and the other stores in the boutique hotel were worse. The quality of the service staff was also the same. The waiter in the restaurant would not care about you except for greetings. The front desk was friendly, but not professional. Especially a woman, emotional management ability let me suspect that she has mental problems, I politely ask printing, she will not play, stuck in one of the steps, in fact, say that she will not do it, she suddenly raised the tone, very loud repeat: this is where I will not! Repeated several times, people who didn't know thought I quarreled with her... How can people with emotional management skills work at the front desk of a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel? I felt too outrageous anyway and scared me.

KkingofepirusReally enjoyed this hotel, nice residence and such a convenient area, right in the middle of where I needed to be with plenty of transport nearby, such as the tram and train line. Will be staying here again if I'm to come back to Berlin.

NNadiaThe hotel location is good and the room is big and nice. However, the room needs more light and the toilet too. I was feeling the room is very dark because only one yellow lamp was there besides another table lamp but once I turned it on, it did not make much difference but it was hot and the weather was already warm during my stay so I closed that lamp. Also, you have to make sure about the check-in and check-out times. If you need to leave your luggage in the hotel after check out you have to know that you can keep the luggage until 3 pm only on the weekends and 6 pm on normal days. The best thing I liked in the hotel was the bathtub 🛁. Overall, I recommend the hotel but you have to be aware of the information I mentioned above.

First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here
