The hotel reception area seemed busy and crowded but the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Great location within walking distance to top tourist attractions such as Checkpoints Charlie, Topography of Terror. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by the hotel. The mall of Berlin is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. Good public transport link outside the hotel metro station and bus stops. The room is modern and spacious which is fitted for us a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The toilet and bathroom are separated saved us time queuing for toilet / shower. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower cube👍 but there was a lack of body lotion in the bottle that supplied by the hotel. Half of time we were not sure if the air conditioning was working! Overall we enjoyed our time in our stay.

We had a great stay. The location is really central and the subway station Gleisdreieck is only a 2 minute walk. We also really liked the hotel bar and staff was always friendly and helpful.

My lovely wife Ping and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Berlin. The room was clean and comfortable. Our check in and check out was seamless, especially with the friendly and accommodating reception staff. I special shout out to Kristian whose friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, to Mane for her kindness and friendliness. Please pass on my thanks to both of them. Lastly, the breakfast was abundant and satisfying.

Everything was much more simple than I expected which is a good thing. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, but one thing that did surprise me (which is sort of my fault, that I did not check out the photos well enough) - the shower is open. It has 2 glass walls and it opens up to the corridor… basically is you're staying with someone else - the other person will deffinatley see you showering. Other than that, the staff was very nice. If you want a cattle, tea cups and tea/coffee, it's not in your room, but you have to go get it at the registration.

This place is truly a gem, characterized not only by its beauty but also by its convenient location. The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

Very good communication between employees and guests. Small attention was here on the agenda that some have learned in the hotel industry. Great indoor pool. There was nothing missing at breakfast. We would book this stay at any time like this.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham in Berlin. I would also like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. I was particularly pleased with Qais' hospitality.

Es war super.  Lediglich die Tatsache das man immer den Aufzug beim fahren wechseln muss war etwas nervig. Aber sonst super freundliche Personal und Lage perfekt.  Gerne wieder

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

We loved breakfast buffet because it was varied and very rich. The room was spacious and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything necessary from the conditioner and bath cream to hair dryer. In short, a great hotel from which to enjoy Berlin City. Very recommended
