I stayed in Berlin for a total of 9 nights before and after attending IFA. The hotel has a good location and a cigar room is a plus. Others: 1. Be careful with the ** brother at the front desk, his attitude is very bad. 2. The hotel swimming pool is very small, and there are naked people in the steam room from time to time. I respect the freedom of the body, but I remind you to bypass it if you mind. 3. The hotel is not cleaned in time and is unhygienic. Several times when I returned to the room in the afternoon, it was not cleaned, and the dirty bathrobes on the floor were hung back for guests to continue using. 4. The information shows that it was renovated in 2023, but there is no trace of decoration. The facilities and style are old, the refrigerator in the room is broken, and the lights are also damaged. Overall, it can be used as a place to rest assured for a few days on a business trip. If you want to get other value for money, it is recommended to change the place.

I liked the hotel!!! Super tasty and varied breakfasts ❤️ we arrived in Berlin at 8:00 and they checked us in right away, which was incredibly nice and convenient, we were able to get a good night's sleep))) our French bulldog was also welcome, they provided treats and a bed) we will definitely come back 😊👌

Can never go wrong at The Marriot! From start to finish, service was top notch. Concierge went above and beyond to make reservations, provide in depth knowledge of sightseeing, Travels etc superbly talented men at the concierge. Lounge was as extraordinary as the rest. Canapés were almost a full dinner service with appropriate wines and draft beer. Tte suite was spacious . Only issue was my bed, think it was a little to soft for me. Son and his cousins enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. And room service was yummy! They saw to all our questions and provided necessary amenities such as water bottles on a daily bfast. Love this hotel! Luxury and convenient- best combination

The room is very clean, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, I can find my lost things, this feeling is great, especially the bus at the door, you can basically go to all the attractions you want to go, very convenient. Be careful of the restaurant at the door, it looks very business, but in fact most of them are hotel guests

My experience was horrible. First of all we arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room that someone was staying in so we had to change , I met a couple in the elevator and she told me the same thing happened to them . Secondly there is no pool even though pictures clearly show the pool , the general feeling of the hotel is underwhelming rooms are not up to date ( maybe good enough in 2005 ) , service is not up to standard for what you expect from a Sheraton . Overall I think it’s good enough but not what you pay for , not what you expect from a Sheraton hotel

Located about 5 minutes walk from the Nollendorfplatz station which is very convenient. Surrounding the station there are some stores and eateries. We particularly like Shao Mai (vietnamese food) and had meals there a few time on our overnight stay. Checking in is all on I pad but there are staff helping 24hr. Luggage storage was provided

It is very close to the subway entrance. Turn left when you go out and you will find the subway. It is also very close to Berlin's major attractions, and Potsdamer Platz is within walking distance. It is a good choice for business trips.

Hotel next to Berlin Zoo. The room was very stylish, neat and clean. The minibar was free and German beer was also placed! And the best part is the Jungle Sauna on the upper floor. Self-roasting is possible in the Finnish sauna. Pour water on the stove and adjust it, and a hot sauna is ready! There is a rest space next to the sauna where you can take a shy bath. Sparkling water and German beer were also available. Please note that the sauna is a mixed-gender bath and swimsuits are prohibited. Bath towels are placed in the sauna, so you don't need to bring them from your room. Bathrobes can be borrowed from reception. Stylish hotel, great sauna, friendly staff, everything was great. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Berlin next time.

Beautiful rooms, very well equipped with aircon, decent tele and just a comfortable stay. Friendly staff and a clean environment. didn't use the bar facilties, good gym For the price..definitely one of the best hotels in Berlin
