Only one flat pillow per person is provided. Room is very small. However, the location is excellent. The hotel offers a city transport card with unlimited rides during your stay, which is very convenient for travelers. Early check-in is available at a very reasonable price.

Hotel is located perfectly, close to the Alexanderplatz station wherefrom you can travel quickly to any place in Berlin. Beds are poor quality, so is the cleanliness of the towels. Would recommend this place for a short 2 night stay just for the location, for any longer stays you are better off elsewhere.

Good room and the location is good. Breakfast was very good but super busy. The front staff are not very understanding of customers. I put a note that I would arrive later and my friend would check in first with his name but the lady didn’t have a clue what to do. It was very basic instructions I gave so maybe they need staff with a better IQ.

Directly at Alexanderplatz it's closes to Subway station. Long distance busses (Flixbus) operate right opposite the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, just combined shower/bathtub which is too small for me to take a bath and you need to climb in to take a shower. There's a coffee machine on the room, but no water cooker, coffee was not provided for the second night of our stay but was delivered to the room upon request. Friendly staff at the reception

The room is big, and it feels like it has been upgraded to a suite. The hotel is relatively old, and the decoration is very old hotel style. There is a kettle and a coffee machine. I don't know if the bathroom is equipped with floor heating. It feels warm when walking barefoot on it. The air conditioner is a bit loud. It is a bit far from the bus station and subway station, which is not very convenient. The advantage is that the surrounding area is relatively quiet. The attitude of ordering food in the room is very good, and the taste is average. The picture shows the dinner we had. I don't know how the restaurant is.

The breakfast was excellent. I drink tea a lot and there were a variety of tea I could choose and I could choose to brew a cup or a pot of tea. They served different kind of eggs, including omelets. The room is very clean and well equipped with coffee maker and kettle.

The hotel is good overall. However, as it is undergoing renovations, dust is generated in the facilities, including in the room, which caused me allergies. It should receive a deeper cleaning. Otherwise, the location is good and the breakfast is super complete. Thank you.
