Reservation cancelled. If you are a solo traveller you get cancelled if they get a requst from a couple. The excuse given was that the business had become bankrupt but they were still accepting bookings.They do this all the time. Solo travellers avoid!

Se retrasó el avión y me dejaron dormir esa noche en la calle .llame y me dijeron que no venía abrir y yo y mi pareja dormimos en la calle y encima me cobraron la noche.pagar en metálico nada de tarjetas.
