It would be modern if an access to both boiled and cold water tap could be available in the Hotel.
Overall it is a place I would return considering the location, and staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Really quick and efficient Checkin and checkout. Breakfast was good. Single room was ok. No air conditioning in the room, but shower was good and bed was comfy. Overall a good which is well situated.

Wir hatten für 2 Nächte ein Komfort-Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war vom Komfort weit entfernt. Es waren 2 Zimmer und ein Bad. Die große Fensterfront war total schmutzig. Im ersten Zimmer war ein Riß in der Wand, Putz bröckelte ab. Im Badezimmer war der Mülleimer von der vorherigen Belegung nicht geleert. In der Dusche wohne eine Spinne. Trotz Hinweis am nächsten Morgen blieb zumindest die Spinne. Alles machte einen unsauberen Eindruck, wir haben noch nie so schlecht in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel gewohnt. Einzig die Lage war gut. Trotzdem können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Unsere Beschwerde wurde nickend zur Kenntnis genommen. Das war es dann auch.

Ich war für sechs Nächte in diesem Hotel wollte einmal ein Mittelklasse Hotel in Berlin testen Ich hatte einen behindertenzimmer, dass eine ansprechende Größe hatte wo ich mich auch während des Tages einmal wohlfühlen konnte. Mein Zimmer hatte Fenster und einen kleinen Balkon zur Straße. Aufhalten konnte ich mich im Zimmer während des Tages und in der Nacht nur mit meinen Ohrstöpseln einer individuellen Anfertigung. Der Duschkopf in der Dusche war nicht richtig zu befestigen, ich konnte mich nicht vernünftig duschen weil der Duschkopf einfach ständig in Richtung Wand abgedriftet ist. Eine Reklamation hat die keine Abhilfe gebracht. Das Frühstück ist schlicht, es gibt wenig warme Anteile neben den Getränken. Schwach habe ich gefunden, dass der von vielen Gästen bevorzugte schwarze Tee nur am ersten Tag meines Aufenthaltes verfügbar war. Einen Early Grey langt niemand an, das sollte Hotel mit dieser langjährigen Erfahrung wissen. Beim Frühstück trinken die Gäste neben Kaffee primär EnglishBreakfast Tee oder vergleichbaren Ostfriesentee.

Die renovierten Zimmer sehen ansprechend aus. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind gut. Tolle, zentrale Lage und vor allem ein ansprechendes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet sprechen für das DIetrich-Bonhoeffer-Haus. Immer wieder gerne.
