It is not recommended to go if you have a lot of luggage. There is no elevator upstairs, so you have to take the stairs to the hotel front desk. The room is average and the facilities are a bit old, but the price is not expensive, but overall it is average and the room facilities are not very modern.
The location is good, very close to the main street next to it

Very satisfied, very happy. Next time I go to Berlin, I will stay at the Kudamam Hotel. Would also recommend to friends.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. My husband had to go find somebody to check in after waiting 10 minutes. She announces that there are 55 refugees staying there. This reservation was part of a package with Railbookers - won't work with them ever again either for additional reasons. At first we were willing to give it a try, at least for one night. Getting out of the one working elevator, the red catpet was black with dirt, lights were out in the hallway, kid's drawings on the wall, black banana peel on the floor, endless list of problems. We got to our rooms and turned back around. Wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged. They wouldn't give us written verification so I told her to give us back the papers we had signed. Horrible!!!!!

Het is geen hotel meer. Bijna het hele hotel is bewoond door vluchtelingen. Er is geen personeel meer van het hotel, geen service, geen schoonmaak en geen technische dienst. Er is sprake van zeer achterstallig onderhoud, Het is niet schoon, peuken op t balkon, gescheurde wc-bril, schimmel in de badkamer, vlekken in het tapijt , stopcontact kapot, vieze ramen, gat in het vergeelde matras, rennen kinderen door het gebouw en de eetzaal wordt gebruikt door de inwoners. Het verblijf was zeer teleurstellend. Diverse keren naar Agoda gebeld, maar ze geven niet thuis, reageren niet en ondernemen geen actie om te helpen. Zouden iig van tevoren kunnen laten weten en zonodig iets anders aanbieden of compenseren. Wij boeken nooit meer met Agoda.

Don't book their the trow you out on the street, i bookt for 3 days en the day that we arrived after 7 our drive they told u that they send a message that morning that they don't have a room for you !!! You stand than their and no hotel !!! Redicules

Das Hotel hat sehr viel Potenzial, es ist ein schönes altes Gebäude mit einem tollen Innenhof. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider war es das dann aber auch schon. Das Hotel ist in vielen Teilen sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Bei Bezug des 1. Zimmers ist nur der Wohnbereich geputzt, im Bad fehlen Handtücher, es liegt eine fast leere Toilettenpapierrolle herum und es ist nicht ansatzweise geputzt worden (staubig verschmiert). Der freundliche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption lässt mir dann ein anderes Zimmer zukommen. Dieses scheint grundsätzlich gereinigt worden zu sein. Allerdings ist auch hier das Bad nicht wirklich sauber. Der Abfalleimer, die Wand, die Glastür sind deutlich nicht gereinigt (siehe Fotos), der Rest ist bzgl Reinigungsergebnis gerade so ok. Sauberkeit sollte zwar keine Frage des Preises sein, ich kenne aber viele Hotels, die sauberer und günstiger sind. Insofern ist das Dormero Berlin Ku'damm nicht empfehlenswert!

The Hotel is close to shopping streets. Hotel location is just 5 minutes from metro station on foot. In the room furnitures are quite old. Hotel is not dirty. Staffs are very kind but service is medium quality. Room is not small. I paid about 270 euro for 3 nights. We didn’t confront a problem during stay.

We visited Berlin for our first time. The hotel is located near to shops, restaurants and a train station making it a great location. The room was dirty, no daily room service with poor facilities on site. The reception desk only works part time. The condition of the room was also poor with peeling paint and smelly beds.

Schulnote 3 freundliches Personal. Im Doppelzimmer nur eine Decke- auf nachfragen, weil ich mit meiner Tochter ein Zimmer teilte und wir jeder eine Decke haben wollten, würde dann ein Lacken und ein Bettbezug gebracht. Auch am nächsten Tag wurde erst nach dem 2. Anlauf eine Decke gebracht. Von der Lage her mega- die Zimmer sind ok. der Preis Super- Es gibt sogar einen Billiardtisch. Nur wer in der Nacht aus checken will trifft auf einen zwar sehr freundlichen aber in Tun sehr von der Chefetage eingeschränktem Mann. Der außer für die Sicherheit nicht zuständig ist.
