The hotel is in a great location, especially from the airport. The S9 goes directly to the hotel. It's just strange that you have to pay 2 euros per bag to leave your luggage at the hotel. I've traveled to over 80 countries, and this is the first time I've encountered a hotel charging for luggage storage. I'm a guest at your hotel, and it feels like a real rip-off. Even though it's only 2 euros, the experience is terrible. Also, the bathroom in the room didn't flush properly. Someone later fixed it. Why don't you check it before guests check in? I stayed for five days, and the sheets weren't changed until the fourth day, at my request.

Hotel is in good location, close to public transport hub.
Wifi is bad, we had constant problems with disconnections. One would have thought wifi was a solved problem in 2025, but seems not at this hotel.
Apart from that, overall, our stay was ok. We had a 3 person suite. Room was a few degrees too hot for our liking (around 23-25°C instead of 22°C), but it was acceptable.

This hotel is located in front of the Alexsander Platz station on the German railway and subway lines. It's a 30-second walk from the hotel entrance to a department store, a 20-second walk to an Asian supermarket, a 1-minute walk to the subway line 2 entrance, and a 2-minute walk to the German railway station. It's a large hotel, so it's always crowded, but there are plenty of elevators, so it's not too congested. The building is old and the rooms are small, but they've been well renovated. The room rate isn't cheap, but the location is worth it.

The hotel's location is truly exceptional. Exiting Alexanderplatz Station from the north, the tallest blue building is about 200 meters away. This is crucial for first-time travelers taking the train from the airport into the city, as it saves the hassle of backing up. The hotel is also within walking distance to Museum Island, the heart of Berlin, and further on, to the Reichstag, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel is surrounded by a small shopping district, with an Asian supermarket downstairs and a department store just steps away. The downside is that the building is so tall that you might have to wait in line for the elevator during peak hours. Also, due to the high number of rooms, the bathtub didn't drain properly. Overall, however, the cleanliness was excellent, and thanks to the building's height, the view was fantastic, eliminating the need to pay for rooftop accommodation elsewhere.

The hotel is located directly above the Alexanderplatz exit of the U2 line, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, fast food restaurants, and an Asian supermarket. Across the street are DM and Uniqlo. A Kaufland supermarket is also diagonally across from the S3 line Alexanderplatz station. It's a super convenient location. The room was quite comfortable, with a view of the Berlin TV Tower from the window. The hotel service was good, and luggage storage was 2 euros per piece.
