It’s not what it says
This place was not what it said.
It said they had a restaurant and bowling ally on the property. When we arrived we were not told any of this. We had just traveled and not ate all day. In the hotel room the hotel info still had a menu for room service and hours of operation for the restaurant. It didn’t open til 5. It was 3:30 so we decided to wait also because there wasn’t any other food options close by. We head down at 5 only to find out it’s permanently closed as well as the bowling alley. So me and my family had to walk 20 mins to the nearest restaurant.
The hotel also states that it’s only a 11 minute drive to the airport. It wasn’t. It was a 20 minute drive so we had to pay more for a taxi than we originally had thought.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy but there’s a apartment across from the hotel and the people were very noisy til very late.
There was also benches under our window that people were hanging out drinking and smoking til late as well. Since there’s no air conditioning we had our windows open and smoke was coming in our room and set the smoke alarm off twice super late around midnight when we were asleep.
Me and my family were very disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel im Grünen, schön ruhig, umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet.
Sehr schönes, orginelles Restaurant.
Wir hätten uns mehr Berliner Küche auf der Speisekarte gewünscht, passend zum Ambiente.
Vielleicht auch mal was anderes im Angebot der Desserts als das, was es überall gibt.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Alles in allem kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Für ein geschäftliches Seminar traf sich unsere Gruppe im Grünau Hotel. Bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Essen und guter Wein. Mit Bowling Bahn und Sauna sowie einem geräumigen Tagungsraum ist das Angebot volmständig. Zum Spazieren eignet sich das größere Waldstück direkt vor der Tür prima!

Wir haben im Hotel Grünau mit unserer Familie und Freunden unseren 2x60. Geburtstag gefeiert. Wir waren 50 Gäste zum Feiern in Dittmanns Drogerie und die Hälfte unserer Gäste hat in diesem Hotel, inkl. Frühstück übernachtet. (Auch Kinder und ein Hund waren zu Gast.) Es gibt nur ein Fazit: Keiner unsere Gäste hatte Beanstandungen; wenn wir nocheinmal so eine große Feier machen, immer wieder! in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war sehr umsichtig, freundlich und zugewandt. Das Büffet war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Auf unsere Wünsche wurden bereits im Vorgespräch eingegangen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war einfach unschlagbar. Die Tische waren alle festlich mit Damast eingedeckt, inkl. Stoffservietten. Also alles sehr stilvoll. Die Zimmer super sauber, die Betten waren ebenfalls top, die Bäder sehr gepflegt. Für die Stimmung ist ja jeder selbst verantwortlich. Danke an die Hotelgastgeber Herrn Hardt und Frau Sczepurek

Das Hotel liegt, in Berlin Grünau, am Waldrand. Sehr schön.
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man, inklusive Tagesdecken aus den 60ern und Wäschekontainern mit alt Wäsche auf den Fluren.
Dafür hat das Hotel einige tolle Mitarbeiter !

Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit auch mal Gäste zu empfangen, dafür musste man immer ins Restaurant, dass leider sehr wenig auf der Speicherkarte hatte.Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nicht dür Allergiker geeignet.
