It was comfortable and more spacious than I expected! It was a bit far to get to public transportation, but it was no problem at all to get around :) The staff were all friendly, and there was a kitchen in the room, so I could cook!

The hotel is located in beautiful Charlottenburg and impresses with beautiful, large rooms in a quiet location.
The only thing that is not so good in my opinion is the breakfast. I didn't like the selection or quality and found it too expensive for 25 euros.
However, the service was very good.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und das Zimmer war richtig schön, großzügig und gemütlich. Das Hotel hat eine gute Atmosphäre aber… man hat das Gefühl, dass es leider nicht professionell betrieben wird. Early Check-In ab 11:00 Uhr gebucht, Zimmer stand erst um 14:30 Uhr zur Verfügung. Late Check-Out (14:00 Uhr) gebucht, Check-Out wurde für 12:00 Uhr angesetzt. Frühstück gibt es nur a‘la Card mit festgelegten Speisen. Soweit ok allerdings ist der Frühstücksservice überfordert, dauert sehr lange (bis zu 40 Minuten). Zimmerreinigung wohl nur erst ab den 3 Tag ( haben wir erfragt). Grundsätzlich ok, aber man sollte darauf hingewiesen werden oder in einer Information lesen können. Waren 4 Nächte dort und hatten keinen Zimmerservice gesehen. Hatten uns dann Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption geholt. Auf den Zimmer ist eine Nespresso Maschine und zwei Kapsel Kaffee, für 4 Tage knapp bemessen - hatten ja Hotel und keine Ferienwohnung gebucht…

Tolle Lage in Charlottenburg mit Tiefgarage im Haus, aber die Zimmer sind etwas lieblos und vor allem nicht wirklich sauber - Staubschichten überall. Eine Zimmerreinigung nach dem ersten Tag des Aufenthalts gab es auch nicht, die Betten waren selbst zu machen. Zudem fehlt die Hotel-Atmosphere, das Townhouse ist eher ein Appartement-Haus. Schade!

The Good: The Staff were very pleasant, friendly and courteous. The Room and bathroom were very Spacious with comfortable bed. The location is excellent as it is 5 minutes away from Savignyplatz SBahn in a nice neighborhood. The Bad: This could easily have been a 5* review but I removed 1 star as I feel they were let down by their Housekeeping department. I wanted some hot water for my tea and decided to use the Tea Kettle.. I always open the kettle to check if it is clean (based on previous experience) and once I looked inside I noticed there was already some water inside but with alot of dirt... I took the image and showed to the reception during checkout next day and they were very sorry about it.. The general cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark..

Wir waren kommen schon mehrere Jahre, waren diesesmal aber sehr enttäuscht!!! An den Zimmern hat sich nichts geändert aber der Service, speziell auch der Frühstücksservice ist mittlerweile eine Katastrophe! Leider hat man ,auch nach Corona, die Frühstücksversionen pro Person beibehalten und ist nicht mehr zum Buffet zurück gekehrt. Das erschwert es schonmal für jeden das passende zu finden. Hinzu kommt völlig überfordertes Personal, wir mussten 45 Minuten auf das komplette Frühstück warten, da war der Kaffee und Tee schon mal ausgetrunken. Dazu kam ein total unangenehmer Geruch von der kaputten Toilette nebenan. Das war unser letzter Aufenthalt, zumindest mit Frühstück. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein sehr schönes Café, was ein super Frühstück anbietet(so wie man es selbst wünscht) und der Service und die Schnelligkeit der Herrichtung waren super schnell !!! Die neue " Chefin" im Hotel ist uns dazu noch sehr negativ und unangenehm aufgefallen. Sehr schade!!!
