Die Lage des Hotels im alten Westen ist super. Die Betten gut. Es gibt Heizung und warmes Wasser. Das Personal ist bemüht, aber des Deutschen bis auf Ausnahmen nicht mächtig. Das Hotel ist in mehreren alten Wohnungen untergebracht. Mit Glück wohnt man herrschaftlich, mit Pech im Dienstbotengelass mit improvisierter Nasszelle und Scheißehäcksler. Die Räume haben einen gewaltigen Renovierungsstau. Da werden Fenster zur potentiellen Guillotine und das Personal muss die Toilette der Nachbarn aufsuchen - seit Monaten! Das das in Deutschland geht, ist schon erstaunlich. Man kann nur hoffen, dass der ächzende Aufzug behördlich geprüft wird ...

Muy bien de precio, la habitación muy grande y espaciosa, con desayuno incluido bastante aceptable. El baño debería ser reformado. En general, estancia muy positiva y cómoda. Además el barrio donde está situado está genial y muy seguro y cerca del transporte público.

Super sauber und sehr zentral. Ich habe nach einem günstigen aber sauberen Hotel gesucht. Ich habe etwas recherchiert und mit bedenken hier ein Zimmer gemietet. Ich bin zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und herzlich. Auch im Zentrum von Charlottenburg. Danke

Pensione inserita in un contesto molto signorile, un vecchio edificio con la scala in legno scricchiolante... Ed è subito atmosfera! Camere spaziose, pulizia discreta, nel bagno lavandino piccolo e semiotturato, manca asciugacapelli. Colazione abbondante e varia, con prodotti in parte confezionati. Piccola pecca: la reception non è 24h su 24, aperta fino alle 22, ti aspettano fino alle 23 con supplemento.

It would be natural for them to find another hotel for us or offer other compensation Selten war ich so enttäuscht. Am Tag vor unserem Aufenthalt erhalten wir eine E-Mail, dass der Aufenthalt aufgrund von sanitären Problemen abgesagt wurde. Es wäre für sie selbstverständlich, ein anderes Hotel für uns zu finden oder eine andere Entschädigung anzubieten
