İch war 3 Tage mit meiner Familie diese Hotel.. ich kann nicht leider niemand empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren vielleicht etwas sauber, aber das Hotel war sehr schmutzig wie die Straßen Berlins. Auch die Kissen waren schrecklich und ließen mich nicht schlafen.

The hotel is quite far from the centre and the sights, which is less practical. The family room was very spacious, which is nice for families. However, the doors are a bit outdated and the whole thing does not look very modern. The shower and toilet were just adequate, but could be better. No mini fridge available. The breakfast was disappointing: little choice and very limited. Positive is that the staff was friendly and helpful. Please note that parking for the hotel is paid.

The service at reception was very nice.
Unfortunately, the bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold, but otherwise very tasty and filling. And our son missed the Nutella.
The room was okay for sleeping, but the laminate flooring wasn't laid properly (it could be moved around).

The hotel is a bit out of the way but easy to reach by tram. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and very good.
One negative I find is that the windows in the family room on the 16th floor open wide. Since children like to peek out and are curious, you have to be very careful. After the first night, one half of the room was cleaned and the beds made. The other half wasn't. On the second day, no one came. Which isn't really a problem since we only stayed for three days. However, the toilet paper could have at least been refilled.
We've stayed at the hotel four times already and will definitely come back as the price-performance ratio is really good.
