Ankunft 11:30, Auskunft: kein Zimmer verfügbar, Check-in ist generell erst ab 14:00 Uhr möglich. So in 30 Jahren in x Hotels auf verschiedenen Kontinenten noch nie erlebt, aber ... Ins Foyer gesetzt und gelesen. Nach und nach haben x Personen eingecheckt. Um 14:00 neuer Versuch, Auskunft: Ihr Zimmer ist in einigen Minuten verfügbar !? Um 14:30 noch immer kein Zimmer verfügbar - wurde etwas ungehalten und prompt tauchte eine weitere Person an der Rezeption auf und plötzlich war ein Zimmer verfügbar. Und zum Ende war der Rechnungsbetrag auch noch höher wie in der Buchungsbestätigung. Wahrscheinlich war es die City Tax, die nicht in der Buchungsbestätigung auftauchte. Aber ja sicher nicht jetzt auf einmal erhoben wird. Zimmer war ok, analog dem Standard in dieser Preisklasse ww.

Really liked this hotel. You can catch a lot of trains from this location. Easy access to different parts of the city. The interior is a bit basic so more appropriate for a business traveler but pretty clean. Overall I’m happy with my stay. The staff were always helpful and gave me some great tips.

Paid in full when booked .On check in and check debited me full amount again, with no apology. Breakfast wait 10-25 mins every day and very poor buffet with no hot food as always empty. Booked double room and had to press hotel as put in twin.TERRIBLE

Sehr schönes, eher individuelles und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, jungen Personal. Grandioser Saunabereich mit Dachterrasse und Blick zum Potsdamer Platz, bei dessen Aufpreis ich aber schon etwas zu Trinken dort erwarte.

Hotel arredato in stile moderno, decorato con le fiabe dei fratelli Grimm. Comoda la posizione, poco distante dai mezzi, tra cui la stazione della metro. Camere spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort. Colazione internazionale ottima, e per tutti i gusti.

Gepflegtes, modernes Hotel mit ,märchenhaften Ambiente‘! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Service aufmerksam und zugewandt. Das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse genossen.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Modern, stylish, clean and well situated. We had a corner room on the 7th floor with a small balcony patio. Room had sufficient space, nice bathroom with walk-in shower, and a comfortable bed for 2. The rooms were well insulated from noise and the AC unit was quiet. Originally we booked the room without breakfast, but after we saw what was on the offering we asked the hotel to add breakfast to our rate. The breakfast was very nice with many choices. Definitely a good hotel for a weekend visit to the city centre. We parked our car on the street as it was cheaper than the garage next door. After 18:00 on Saturday the street parking is free until Monday morning.
