房間有50多平米，是比較新概念的“節能公寓”：內部温度在設定後會維持不變，燈的模式有白天/夜間/休閑三種；窗簾衹要按鍵就可以自動開關（但是住的最後兩天調整面板按不動了...）
服務員態度很好。清潔人員雖然不説英語但還是很耐心，前台英語流利。
地下1層有2台洗衣機和2台烘乾機，但是需要下載一個app，網上付款。公共空間配備的都是蘋果電腦。
交通很方便。總體來説性價比高。

Amazing apartment! I was worried from the reviews on google maps but the apartment was very good and clean. Everything looked new and recently renovated. Also, the apartment does have an air conditioner which is a bonus because it wasn’t listed in the amenities. They could improve on the bathroom amenities such as shampoo or shower gel (for which they didn’t have). However, it’s an absolute steal for this price in berlin, and will definitely be staying here next time.

Great location, facilities could be better (soap, coffee capsules, etc.).
The batteries in the remote control were defective, which was also annoying.

An sich eine gute Unterkunft in Neukölln, trotz der Lage an der Hermannstrasse sehr ruhig, auch soweit sauber. Keine Möglichkeit irgendwie irgendetwas aufzuhängen, nicht ein einziger Haken, außer im Bad!!!! aber da möchte man ja seine Kleidung nicht aufhängen. Dabei wäre jede Menge Platz hierfür. Sehr unverständlich.
All die lustigen Features der Toilette- defekt!
Ebenso die elektrische Bedienung der Vorhänge zum Beispiel.
Einzig das Bett ist hervorzuheben, die Matratzen fanden wir wirklich gut.
Alles in allem eine ordentliche Unterkunft, aber nichts zum Wohlfühlen.
