Overall the service here seriously lets this hotel down. The front desk staff border on hostile, and are so inflexible to make the vibe of the hotel uncomfortable. Rooms and amenities are limited for the price - no bathrobes, limited toiletries, basic breakfast for a hefty price. It’s a beautiful hotel - but I’ll be staying elsewhere in the future

Lovely with a quirk.
The hotel is excellent! Our one complaint is that the doors for the rooms on the main floors as well as between areas of the facility don't close softly on their own. It's quite loud and can be heard clearly in your room, like a book falling face down.

Sehr zugiges Hotel, kein Kaffee oder Tee auf den Zimmern, Wasser beim Duschen war kalt, Pool und Sauna kosten extra. Für den Preis pro Nacht nicht empfehlenswert.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuit dans cet hôtel. Points positifs : - Quartier de Prenzlauer Berg très agréable avec ses restaurants, terrasses dans des rues arborées - Calme absolu (rue très calme) - Piscine intérieure (ancien bain municipal) et spa - Salle de fitness - Salle de restaurant spectaculaire - Excellent petit-déjeuner - Nombreux espaces où s'installer (bar avec cheminée, bibliothèque, salon au 1er étage) - Salle de souche moderne et fonctionnelle Points moins satisfaisants : - Décoration de la suite junior trop bobo à mon goût (horrible table basse carrelée) - Lit trop étroit - Absence de machine Nespresso - Personnel un peu "raide" (une heure de late check-out gratuite, les suivantes facturées 20€ / heure, alors que nous avons séjourné 5 nuits !)

Super friendly staff. Great bar and pool. Sun terrace and gym were a bonus as was the collection of great hangout spots (wine bars and cafe’s) in the local area.

We stayed for four nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel is an old swimming baths that has been stylishly renovated. The pool is striking and I had a lovely swim and relaxation in the comfy lounge chair by the side. We used the bar which had a lovely atmosphere with the fire on and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfy, the room had everything we needed. We really liked the area of Prenzlauer Berg and had fabulous meals at Vietnam Village across the road. On Sunday we went to the local flea market in Mauerpark and that was good fun. I would definitely stay again.
