It was a terrible place . I did not feel comfortable after 3 hours when I heard yelling and screaming from the residents ! I think the place host lots of asylum seekers and refugees !! It was so unsavoury I left after 4 hours ! The internet dropped out all the time and was unable to use the connection !!!! Terrible place . And I didn't get a refund and no response from the hotel.... Don't go there ....!

The service is poor, mainly due to poor facilities. Except for the location, everything is extremely poor. Even by German standards, it is far from a two-star hotel, much worse than a one-star hotel. The price/performance ratio is extremely poor. Strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

This is an old B&B that is not worth staying in. The elevator is very small and only one person can go up to the second floor with luggage. The registration reception is in a very small room on the second floor. The mattress in the room has collapsed and it is very unfriendly. It is not close to the train station. When you arrive at Berlin Railway Station, you should stay at the Ibis Hotel opposite the train station. It was our first time to Berlin, Germany and we didn't know the situation. A cheap basic no thrills room but in an excellent location,train platform literally outside the hotel and Berlin central station less than a fifteen min walk,
Hotel was clean also with the added bonus of a pub/restaurant next door and a supermarket directly opposite,
It’s not the Hilton but it’s clean,cheap amd perfect for a few days
