The surrounding area is under construction and a bit messy. The computer at the front desk was broken when I checked in, and the invoice was not issued until a month later. The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities and a kitchen. Very convenient.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and hygienic. It has a small kitchen which is great. You can cook your own meals. This is very important. Chinese stomachs are not accustomed to eating Western food. The room is relatively spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

The location is great… train, s-bahn, u-bahn, tram and bus stations are all nearby. Many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around the corner.
There’s a mini kitchen in the room with induction stove, microwave oven and dishwasher

While we agree that the location was excellent - near public transport and walking distance to the galleries etc. and the rooms were spacious, there were some minor criticisms that if addressed, would make guests feel more comfortable. We requested blankets instead of a duvet (doona), well in advance of our visit in April/May 2025. There were no blankets available or provided. We couldn't adjust the air-conditioner or even turn it off. In the kitchen there was no drain where we could place our crockery after washing up, nor paper towels or chux (wipes), to keep the sink clean and dry and we found that our bed heads had not been dusted.
