Beautiful rooms, very well equipped with aircon, decent tele and just a comfortable stay. Friendly staff and a clean environment. didn't use the bar facilties, good gym For the price..definitely one of the best hotels in Berlin

This was the most comfortable and safe hotel I could stay at. The price was reasonable, and the facilities, amenities, room size and layout were all very good. The location was also great, so I could walk to the Berlin Philharmonic concert, which I had always wanted to attend. I am grateful to the hotel for making my memories of Berlin such good ones.

On arrival we already received a grumpy reception, the young man did not feel like it and we paid € 50 too much, in costs that were incorrect. Finally got it back after a lot of hassle. We got a queen size bed even though we booked king size. There were also pieces of shell and stones in it. Mini bar was empty. Bar and restaurant have been closed for the entire stay due to understaffing, so we had to go outside for every meal. Parking spaces are very tight and the number is insufficient, in addition, it is unguarded. Yet you pay 20 € per day. Very bad, we will never come here again.
