We like this hotel. The front desk service was friendly and efficient. The guy working there even knows a few chinese words. The hotel has a cool design. The rooms are comfortable, my main complaint is the curtain is not very dark. The bathrooms are good, too. It feels like a classy hotel overall.

It should be pretty good. I booked it for my boss and he said it was OK. Hotels in Berlin are so expensive recently during IFA. This one is close to the city center, so my boss likes it. It's quite far from the airport.

There is no service shuttle bus to airport.
Room is clean.
They will charge you around 40€ for city tax or something. That was so expensive.

Great location, near to many fantastic restaurants at steinplatz. Staff are attentive and helpful with your luggages although the main entrance has steep stairs. Comfortable beds even for twin singles. Probably one of the best locations in Berlin if you need some peace, as it is on the quiet end of the shopping district.

I can’t understand the high reviews for this hotel. We stayed for two nights over a weekend. The staff seemed very disinterested and service wasn’t good. Rooms were average. Building work going on which meant half the hotel wasn’t available. Not a great location, we had to taxi everywhere. I recommend staying somewhere else if you have the choice.
