Nowoczesne, czyste i klimatyzowane pokoje. Wyglądają tak samo jak na zdjęciach, a nawet lepiej ☺️ Szybki check-in (za pomocą aplikacji w telefonie). Bezpośredni widok z pokoju na East Side Gallery. W dolnej części hotelu znajduje się bar, a po drugiej stronie ulicy dworzec kolejowy. Dojście do hotelu z bagażami zajmuje niecałe 5 minut.

Très propre, très bien placé, cependant les chambre sont assez petites, et la bagagerie payante 😢 mais bon au moins, même si vous n’êtes pas de l’hôtel vous pouvez faire garder en sécurité vos affaires (c’est sous forme de casier)

Experiencia decepcionante, teniamos reservado del 9 al 11 de agosto en este hotel, y el dia 10 recibimos la fatal noticia que habia fallecido mi madre, abandonamos el hotel el dia 10 comentando la situacion, hemos pagado los 3 dias y solo hemos estado 1, somos conscientes que no tienen obligacion hacer nada si no quieren, pero la situacion tan especial, se merece un detalle tambien especial, y no ir por el libro. Gracias no no hacer nada.

We, a family of four, stayed at Schulz for four nights and were both surprised in a good way and at the same time a bit disappointed. The absolutely biggest plus with this hotel is the location - it is great! Just next to the East side gallery and a very short walk across the street to Ostbahnhof and all the trains and buses. Dispite sleeping in a room next to a highly trafficed street with at least one ploce or ambulance passing by by the hour the room was quiet, the only noise came from the corridor when other guests were passing by outside (please changed the doors to the rooms close to the elevators! it would make the stay so much better) It was quite easy to check in in advance and to use the mobile key and book cleaning of the room. The hotels choice of not cleaning every room every day is environmentally clever I think. The room was large enough for the four of us but the beds were hard, really hard and we had appreciated a small fridge in the room. We would definately come back here again when going to Berlin, dispite the hard beds.

Gute Mischung zwischen Hotel und Hostel. Zimmer klein, dafür ist die Gäste Küche sehr angenehm. Lobby und Frühstück waren ok.

Dss ist der unseriöseste Verein, den es gibt. Abzocke pur! Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und bucht es nicht. Mir wurden 90 % der Kosten berechnet, obwohl ich nicht anreisen konnte. Null Kulanz, kein Entgegenkommen. Nicht zu empfehlen.
