Decent hotel with good house keeping. Great location. Speedy check in and check out.  There’s no kettle provided in the room so I got my hot water from the coffee machine.

We like staying in Acor hotels like this Novotel because they are always good quality with excellent beds and usually in A good location. This one was central to all the tick box sights and close to the metro and trams. The only thing I would recommend to the management there is that to enter the lobby you have to walk through the clouds of smoke and smell from the smoking seating area next to the doors. Move it to the other side of the doors so guests who don't smoke don't have to be confronted by thid

Hotel was in a convenient spot near a bus stop. Next to a big road but couldn't hear the traffic from my room. Staff were nice and the room was big, with a great view of the city. Would recommend and come again.

The location is good for travel in Berlin, convenient to take public transportation, easy walk to the museum island.

It was the most spacious and comfortable to stay among the European hotels I have experienced so far. It was a trustworthy Novotel, and although it was a bit disappointing that water was only provided on the first day, the overall room condition was good. I was satisfied with the location as it was easy to use because there was public transportation nearby and it was also good for walking.

Try not to stay on the first floor (the ground floor is E, the first floor is equivalent to the second floor), because half of it is a conference room area, so the whole floor is considered a public area, and the room configuration is also simpler, of course the price is a little cheaper. But there is no need to save this little money, it's not worth it. The location of the hotel is OK, there is a subway station nearby

There is a bus stop right in front, and major tourist attractions are easily accessible within a 30-minute walk. Cheap price. A good value hotel for under 100 euros. The exterior and entrance are clean and appear to have been renovated. The hotel rooms have carpets and the bathrooms seem to be designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs. However, carpeting is a consideration for people with rhinitis. I was surprised when they opened the door and came in before checking out, saying it was housekeeping.

Very cost-effective, the room is clean and tidy, no odor, comfortable temperature, suitable distance from major attractions, subway station, very convenient, recommended, will stay again

Except for the crowded breakfast, everything else is very good. It is worthy of being a European old chain hotel.
