My accommodation fee included breakfast. On the third day of my stay, I reported my room number at breakfast. A waiter asked me to wait and checked whether breakfast was included on the computer. However, he did not check other people's room numbers and went straight to eat. What happened?

A localização do hotel é excelente. Por outro lado, o ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava. E esta parece ser uma atual realidade da Accor: dos 3 hotéis da rede em que fiquei no último mês, nenhum tinha um ar-condicionado com funcionamento adequado.

Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber die Betten gut. Nur das Kopfkissen hat uns gestört, es war sehr flockig und zu warm. Das Bad ist winzig, aber gut eingeteilt. Insgesamt war es sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich gut, viel Auswahl und sogar Birchermüsli und Waffeln zum Selberbacken. Es fehlte allerdings zu den Stoßzeiten eine weitere Kaffeemaschine. Im Eingangsbereich kann man Snacks und Getränke zu einigermaßen günstigen Preisen kaufen. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, etwa 500 m zum Potsdamer Platz und wenige Schritte zur Wilhelmstraße und zum Gropiusbau. Auch eine U-Bahnstation haben wir in der Nähe gesehen. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig, aber auch bei Sonnenschein recht warm.
