The room was very clean and quiet. I stayed in a 4-person room with a bathroom. Except for the poor internet connection, everything else was great. Unfortunately, the signal on the lower floors was very poor. My phone had no internet connection and I couldn't find WiFi. So I checked out and booked the Hilton Hampton next door. I told the hotel front desk and they said they could change the room. The refund failed. I felt that the front desk service attitude was average. There is also a tavern on the first floor.

The room was very clean. I stayed in a female room for six. It was a little noisy near the window at night because it was facing the street, but I could still fall asleep. My roommates were very nice. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken.

A good chain hostel. No major problems, but the toilet area was very dirty. It seemed that cleaning only happens in the morning and by evening various dirt accumulates in the showers and toilets. The room was quite clean, the bedding was normal. The beds and storage boxes are exactly the same as in the hostel of this chain in Paris (a kind of deja vu). Access to all areas (room, elevator, toilets, front door) is via a magnetic key. The hostel is located in a very decent location, a few steps from Alexanderplatz. On the ground floor there is a 24-hour reception and a bar. Special thanks to the receptionist, he helped with early check-in, since I arrived at 5 am and decided to sleep a little before exploring the city.
