The front desk was not very professional, even though they saw me still filling in the form, they still asked me to take out my credit card. First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. Excellent service, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. The location is very good, it is not so central but there is a metro stop right next door which makes it convenient and easy to access.
