Strategic location with superb comfort bed and cleanliness Love it!

All staffs are professional and welcoming. One of the best services you can get.

It’s a comfortable hotel to stay. The staff is very friendly. I like the bath. It’s with strong water pressure so it’s a pleasure to take a shower especially during cold winter nights. The only thing that’s not as satisfying is the bed. It’s probably quite old so it sinks easily. Otherwise it’s a very nice stay.

It’s a very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (especially FO). Comfortable room. Except the location, (a bit quiet areas), you needed to take a taxi or better drive to the city centre or shopping district. It is too quiet to walk to shops areas.

We were very pleased with the facilities, and the service. We ended up missing the second night, but the reservation was still in place, and we managed to get in for the second night. The receptionist was really helpful.

It is no doubt that it is good hotel, because its name. I strongly recommend you book in advance, you will get surprised price. The only weakness is the location. There are no supermarkets, not many restaurants for choose. Bus stations need 5mins walk.

Over all staying in JW Marriott’s Hotel is amazing. Food choices was superb, I cannot fault them. The hotel are lovely and the staff are amazing, very attentive to your needs.

The room is big, and it feels like it has been upgraded to a suite. The hotel is relatively old, and the decoration is very old hotel style. There is a kettle and a coffee machine. I don't know if the bathroom is equipped with floor heating. It feels warm when walking barefoot on it. The air conditioner is a bit loud. It is a bit far from the bus station and subway station, which is not very convenient. The advantage is that the surrounding area is relatively quiet. The attitude of ordering food in the room is very good, and the taste is average. The picture shows the dinner we had. I don't know how the restaurant is.

The lobby and rooms are good, but the swimming pool is not heated and is a bit cold. The sauna is not separated by gender.
