I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and overall had a very comfortable experience. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s excellent and super convenient for getting around the city. Whether you’re sightseeing or heading to meetings, everything is easily accessible.
However, one downside was that I had to go downstairs every day to pay a €30 deposit, which was quite inconvenient and unnecessary. It would be much better if this process could be simplified or handled once at check-in.

Facilities: Exactly as pictured, very new and modern. Good value for the money. A slight odor, though. The hotel could use more windows for ventilation.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Conveniently located near the subway and bus stops, with restaurants nearby.

Incredibly comfortable. Some of the best and longest sleep I’ve had in months. The air conditioning temperature and the comfort of the bed was incredible. The hotel was incredibly central to many museums and tourist destinations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They let me have a slightly late checkout so I can shower before leaving for the airport. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Berlin.

Located in a newly built residential area, it is closest to the U2 subway line, a five or six minute walk, and 3 stops to Alexanderplatz. There are no attractions within walking distance, but the hotel is very new and has many rooms.
