Very good room, but the breakfast was the biggest disaster ever. We weren't given any space at first because there were far too few tables for such a large hotel. The staff tried hard, but were clearly overwhelmed by the crowds at the buffet, which is the size of an apartment kitchen. The coffee machine was constantly on strike, the scrambled eggs were always gone. When the day starts like this, you're angry as a guest. This breakfast, which was also not convincing in terms of quality, is a good reason not to book this hotel in the future.

The suite is quite standard and comfortable. There are several restaurants next to it, the food is good. It is very close to Museum Island. I walked all the way to visit the museums on Museum Island.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes travel very convenient.
This time I chose a superior twin room, which is spacious and bright, with a large bathroom and very comfortable to stay in.
The front desk service is warm and welcoming.
