Was a 3 night stay, didn't use much of facilities, but it's a proper city hotel, clean with kind staff!

The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet.
We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls. It was okay, but don't expect fancy, fresh, sumptuous homemade food. We thought that was a shame, as the hotel was really great. The restaurant that serves breakfast could put a little more effort into fresh food

Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, wir hatten ein ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Die Verkehrsanbindung (U-BahnStation in der Nähe) war sehr gut. Das Auto konnten wir im Hof parken. Wir waren schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Great location for public transport and a visit to the nearby Stasi Museum. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and I was very happy that a good hairdryer was provided. The staff at breakfast and the staff in reception were very friendly and helpful, particularly Kerim and Khaled. I would definitely book here again if I am in Berlin.
