Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem gab es umsonst Kaffee und eine Flasche Wasser. Das war sehr nett und gibt es seltener in der Preisklasse :).

Da meine Frau in der Humboldt Klinik operiert wurde habe ich einige Male hier übernachtet.Bei der 2. Anreise hatte ich vorab das Hotel um ein Angebog gebeten.Das wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden zugesandt.Das war super auch in de= Kommunikation.Die Betten waren für mich super und man konnte gut schlafen.Die kostenlose Kaffeemaschine im Erdgeschoss wie auch die gekühlten Mineralwasserflaschen (einmal pro Tag) hatte ich so auch noch nit.Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Egal ob an der Rezeption,beim Frühstück,in der Bar oder auch die Reinigungskräfte.Zum Frühstück sage ich auch top.Sehr reichhaltig und bestimmt 5 von 5 Sterne für mich/uns. Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen in das Hotel mit viel Geschichte und einem Einkaufszentrum gegenüber.U Bahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.Allerdings aktuell Schieneersatzverker mit dem Bus aber alle 3-5 Minuten zum Kurt Schumacherplatz.

The hotel is nice, check in and out were a breeze. Very good service overall. The rooms are of a moderately good size and with a nice comfortable bed. Comes with complimentary tea and coffee. The room was quite in the evening and with good internet connection.
