The first room I was given was unfortunately dirty, and the bedsheets had hair and stains on them. The new room smelled of smoke, which was evident, so I went back to the old room with new bedding. At breakfast, a coffee cup was dirty. It's really strange how a new hotel can be so dirty in such a short time. To top it all off, people knocked on the room early and came straight in. I was standing there naked... Basically, it was really horrifying.
