I booked a hotel for a friend and he stayed in this hotel every time he was in Berlin! Feedback that the location and food are more convenient. I'll just stay here next time I'm on a business trip and experience it for myself.

All around great hotel! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small (i upgraded for more space) but comfortable. Minor street noise but it's nothing major. Restaurant has decent food...but small menu. In-room dining is very limited menu. Location is good if you want to see the local side of berlin.

The room was lovely but somewhat quirky. After you figured out the lights it was better (one turn, they come on, two they get brighter, three they turn off). But we could have used another lamp by the chair. The shower was great but you could not help but get the floor wet. I wish they would put a top sheet on the bed. As a "hot sleeper", the duvet was entirely too hot but there was no other way to cover in the bed. The mattress was wonderful. The shampoo/body wash left a lot to be desired. I ended up using some shampoo from another hotel that I had. Our biggest problem was unless you like duck plan to have dinner elsewhere. The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere is very comfortable to meet friends for coffee or drinks, it really was nice.

Eine wunderbare Oase mitten in Kreuzberg. Ein bezaubernder Kontrast zum direkten Umfeld. Ein Team, dessen Lockerheit und Freundlichkeit seinesgleichen sucht. Eine ungewöhnlich geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die sich wohltuend von weit verbreiteten Hotel-Standards unterscheidet. Eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen seit längerer Zeit mehrfach im Jahr.

I am in Berlin for a work conference and had the pleasure of staying at Orania.Berlin at the beginning and end of my trip. This place feel like home, the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful and the beds are fantastic. Not only did they help me with my lost luggage on the way in, they held my bags for a few day and in the end helped us drop our convention box off at DHL. I travel allot for work and would have to say this was one of the best hotels as far as service I have stayed at. This will be my anchor point for any future business trips.

I have stayed in many places throughout Europe, and the service and experience are always a toss-up. Orania Berlin made me fall back in love with Berlin in a very special way. From the moment you walk into the hotel, the staff is top tier. I have heard it’s one of the more exclusive hotels in Berlin, and I definitely agree. The rooms are so chic and spacious, with massive windows everywhere. The breakfast was included with our booking, and when you hear "included," you think it would be mediocre, but this food was amazing, down to their morning pastry called “Cinnamon Snail.” There is a free piano concert almost every night that you can just walk down from your room to experience. The gym was simple but effective, and you can plug in your own music, blasting the noise without it ever affecting the guests because it’s in the basement. I would recommend staying here as it is such a treat.

A beautiful and very comfortable hotel in a great area of Berlin for food and nightlife! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. As we were celebrating an engagement, they really went above and beyond by providing chocolates, cake and flowers and moved us to a suite. It made it a truly special experience and we would be thrilled to stay there again.
