Directly at Alexanderplatz it's closes to Subway station. Long distance busses (Flixbus) operate right opposite the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, just combined shower/bathtub which is too small for me to take a bath and you need to climb in to take a shower. There's a coffee machine on the room, but no water cooker, coffee was not provided for the second night of our stay but was delivered to the room upon request. Friendly staff at the reception

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for our family tour with two kids. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to The Brandenburg. The rooms were cosy and clean. Just that you better check the bottles in the bathroom as the show gel one was empty in one of our rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Overall we had a wonderful stay at The Westin!

Delicious breakfast, good location. But they don’t do late checkout like most distinguished hotels do. The room is spacious but my room has a slanted ceiling, this may be because of the building impacting certain rooms but I do not like this type of construction as it makes the room feels stuffy Pictured is hotel lobby

It was the most spacious and comfortable to stay among the European hotels I have experienced so far. It was a trustworthy Novotel, and although it was a bit disappointing that water was only provided on the first day, the overall room condition was good. I was satisfied with the location as it was easy to use because there was public transportation nearby and it was also good for walking.

Check-in went smoothly. The friendliness of the staff was consistently very good. Cleanliness was impeccable. There was a slight defect in the battery in the room. loose rosette on the door handle. The lack of soap at the sink was only added after a complaint was made. Free mineral water in the room was only available on the day of arrival. This works much better at other hotels. The mineral water used here should be refilled free of charge every day. Although there is a capsule machine in the room for coffee drinkers, tea drinkers unfortunately miss the mark here. This is also much better. See other hotels. The simple double rooms are too small and cramped compared to other hotels. Otherwise, the dining rooms and the breakfast buffet can be classified as very good. Visited by 10.02. until February 13, 2024

The hotel is in a good location. It is not far from the bus stop of bus No. 100 and M29, and can reach major tourist attractions. Self-service check-in and self-service check-out are very convenient, saving manpower and material resources. The breakfast is rich, the restaurant is large, and each small hall has food and coffee drinks, which is very convenient. The lobby bar is very lively. The room is cleaned every day. I caught up with the Brandenburg Gate light show, and I didn’t make an appointment to visit the Reichstag online (it needs to be made two weeks in advance), but I made an appointment for the next day’s visit at the offline ticket office! Jolly Jiale Chinese Restaurant near the Pagmont Museum on Museum Island is delicious and reasonably priced. The waiter is considerate and provides hot water and free rice, which is great! ! !

This hotel has a great location. The position and evaluation are very good, and the staff are very helpful. When I had a small problem, they quickly solved it and made sure I was completely satisfied.

One of the best hotels of our entire Europe trip. The hotel is conveniently situated right outside of the S/U-bahn station, Berlin Friedrichstrasse station. There are two entrances for the hotel and both look very grand, the lobby is nicely decorated and they even prepared tea and a light snack (cake/cookies) for guests while we chill at the lobby. Check-in was pleasant and the hotel staffs were all extremely polite and cheerful, really make our day. We were assigned a room at level 4 with a very nice city view, the room is clean, spacious and it is really contemporary and modern, with a huge mirror for your daily OOTD shots. The breakfast was really great, the spread was huge and it provides a many selections to cater to different needs. I extremely love their pancake making machine which makes fresh pancakes within 30sec. The staffs were attentive to clear off the plates and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we will definitely visit NH Berlin again!
