Berlin Mitte 4-star Hotels

Very clean, warm and cosy place. The sink on the outside was a new thing, but no problem. Staff were super helpful. 10-12 min walking distance for 2 stations. We took only one train to the airport.

Only one flat pillow per person is provided. Room is very small. However, the location is excellent. The hotel offers a city transport card with unlimited rides during your stay, which is very convenient for travelers. Early check-in is available at a very reasonable price.

From the buffet breakfast with a huge selection to please everybody to the very comfortable and quiet room, we had an awesome experience at this hotel. Everything is high quality and the service is top notch. You can access all the tourist spots by walk or conveniently with public transportation. Not a lot of restaurants nearby though. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Berlin!

The hotel is okay, I had an issue with changing dates of the booking and they were not helpful and didn’t even try to find a solution. Check in is not very straightforward as after 6pm you need to do it outside by yourself, family members that arrived one day before found it quite challenging. Staff friendly onsite, but via email very rude. Not my best experience to be honest. Overall the room was clean, and the location was good, but probably I wouldn’t book it again as the overall service was poor.

Location of the hotel is a bit off the main attractions and train station. Luckily we drove and there are ample parking in front of the hotel. Parking is chargeable though but Sunday is free. The room is pleasant and of decent size. Pretty like the design of the room with lots of space saving closets. The hotel comes with sauna and gym. The gym is really nothing to shout about and the sauna is a bit small but relaxing. You have to arrange for the hotel staff to turn on the sauna earlier if you intend to use it. Checking in and out is pleasant and the receptionist are all very friendly.

Came to Berlin on a business trip and stayed in a hotel that the whole team was very satisfied with. The hotel staff was warm and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the coffee bar was very convenient, and the location was excellent.

Hotel is in good location, right in front of the metro. Receptionists are friendly, room is clean, and was equipped with great amenities. Another great thing is that their AC works well - perfect to fight against Berlin heat. My room was facing the street so it was quite noisy, but it was fine. There was a really good cafe called ‘Kaffe Buro’ near the hotel. Great coffee and brunch foods.

This hotel is 5/5 , definitely will book again if I have to chance to come to Berlin. We booked a junior suite for 4 person, it comes with super fancy lounge access, the food was delicious and unlimited drinks is provided, we’ve enjoy watching few nights of eurocup in the lounge. The hotel location is super convenient as well. It is just about 5 minute walk to the train station and there was direct train to the airport from there. It was also close to other tourist attraction all reachable under 5minute by taking metro ! I would say this hotel is 10/10 super worth what I’ve paid for

The room is smaller than I expected, but the facilities are useful. It would be better if there is a small refrigerator. After all, you usually stay in Berlin for a few days. The front desk is also more enthusiastic and takes the initiative to smile and say hello.

Located about 5 minutes walk from the Nollendorfplatz station which is very convenient. Surrounding the station there are some stores and eateries. We particularly like Shao Mai (vietnamese food) and had meals there a few time on our overnight stay. Checking in is all on I pad but there are staff helping 24hr. Luggage storage was provided
