The bedsheets and pillowcases smelled bad on the first day we checked in. It was obvious that the previous guest had not replaced them after using them. Then the next day we asked the front desk to change all the bedsheets and pillowcases. When we went back at night, we found that the pillow we were leaning against was still the same. The same perfume smell has not been replaced at all...very helpless...
In addition, their room cleaning staff was rude and kept urging and knocking on the door. We stayed for four days and it felt like they were just disposing of the trash cans every day. There were some tea bags and cups on the table that we had used, but they were not disposed of for two days. I don’t know. The cleaning staff didn't see it or ignored it. I am very impressed with the room cleaning staff in this hotel...

The location is very good, the breakfast is superb, and you can eat all kinds of salmon and cheese. Less than one kilometer from all major attractions. The facilities are relatively old, which is equivalent to the level of domestic economic hotels. The front desk is very warm and the Europeans are always friendly. Still very recommended.

Location of the hotel is close to the central bus and train station. The tram from the airport also stops nearby too. Breakfast spread is nice. Our room was along the corridor but we were unaware of any noises. The room we had could use a bit more lighting though, because it was quite dark. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station and light rail station for the airport. The breakfast is good.
We came back after away for the 3-day Norway in a Nutshell tour. We left our suitcases in the hotel storage room while we were away and travelled relatively hand-free.

First time in Bergen
Free breakfast, and it was enough and good than I imagine(since it remarked with only 3-star)
Free tea and coffee everyday from breakfast time until 8pm.
Free pastries to have (left from the breakfast time)
Good front desk service
Fast WiFi
Nice room vibe

The location is right at the fish market, and the room window faces Bryggen and Floyen Mountain, which is a bit noisy at night. The hygiene is hard to describe, almost just the sheets and items are placed, which is much worse than other Scandic hotels.
In fact, the hotel's hardware facilities are better, and it is not far from the airport. It is about seven or eight minutes. The management is not in place. The three bottles of the shower have shampoo. The rest are not replenished.
This hotel is not good, business is not good, the feeling of living in the guest house, in addition to the location is good, it should be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Bergen, the bathroom is also difficult to say, anyway.
