When we enter the hotel someone received us who is a man and he is impolate and he dont understand and know how to talk with client if you are another country he doesn’t want talk with you because of this employee i never came back this hotel again, i want to tell to this hotel manager just need to fix this man when it comes to other employee i mean ladies employee is very polite👍

Wat vinden we goed? De bedden. Minder is de raambekleding. Daar heb je werkelijk niets aan. Het blijft gewoon licht in de kamer en dat is vervelend. Daarbij is de douche te klein en de deur van de douche kan niet helemaal open door de wastafel en het toilet. Niet over nagedacht. En dan de inrichting: beetje te hysterisch naar ons idee. Niet echt rustig binnen komen hier😵😵💫🤢 ontbijtzaal is te klein en te weinig mensen in de “bediening”. Ze liepen hun benen uit hun lijf maar ze konden het niet bolwerken. Vieze tafels en spullen die te lang bleven staan. Niet handig als er toch al te weinig tafeltjes zijn voor de gasten. Iets positiefs om mee af te sluiten: je kan een wasje draaien! Ideaal!

Hotel ubicato a ridosso del centro di Bergen che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (20mins) o in tram (fermata a 5mins a piedi). Zona tranquilla con supermarket adiacente all'hotel. Siamo stati fortunati per esserci aggiudicati una stanza con vista città verso il monte Floyen. Colazione continentale buona ma il cappuccino è a pagamento... Anche il parcheggio è a pagamento (15EUR al giorno). Staff reception complessivamente gentile e sorridente.

We managed to get some resale tickets to see Bruce Springsteen so were a bit late getting hotel rooms so options were limited, of those available within our price range we opted for here. On arrival we got off at the tram stop at the bottom of the hill and walked upto the hotel, a bit of a struggle with heavy bags and feeling under the weather but once we got our bearings the location wasnt an issue. We had a pleasant greeting at the front desk and our room was ready ahead of the check in time which is always appreciated. The room itself while nothing special had all that we needed, a nice bathroom and a place to rest our heads. Not our first choice but not a bad choice.

Ist eher ein Jugendhotel als ein Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die Raumlüftung konnte man leider nicht wirklich kühl stellen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und ausreichend, ich aß ein Tenderliom Steak. Leider musste man für den Parkplatz extra bezahlen!
